If you cut 100 calories a day by the end of the year you would have lost 10 pounds. The easiest way is to cut somethinbg you consume daily. Choose non fat or low fat milk in your latte or eat only one piece of toast for breakfast with low fat spread. Use low fat or lite spreads on sandwiches instead of regular mayonaise. Many small changes can make a big difference. Changing something you do daily makes it a good habit and easier to do for a longer time.
