Prunes for weight loss

Try dried plums, aka Prunes for weight loss
These high-fiber fruits help keep your intestines working well. They may shrink your stomach, too. A study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that among 74,000 women surveyed, those who got more fiber were 49 percent less likely to suffer weight gain.  Prunes can be added to trail mix or granola for added fiber and energy.
