Sleep better and lose weight.

When We sleep good we wake up more energized and feel more like working or playing around the house or at work.  We feel more like taking a walk or being active.  Over 57% of adults have trouble sleeping.  Either falling asleep or waking up multiple times during the sleep time.  When we are more active we lose weight.  Remember when we were kids and on the go all the time.  We didn’t have time to waste sitting around. Being active like that again would go far in keeping our weight down to a healthy level.
